Food Network's Chopped Champion 2013

If there were ever a test for "grace under pressure," competing on Food Network's Chopped against three other chefs for the title and the10K prize would be an apt one! I was the oldest chef, by far that day, but it didn't stop me from creating amazing dishes that won over the pro chef judges!
